How it works
Six modules, self-paced. Lessons are broken into 5–15 minute segments so you can work within your schedule.
While we suggest some AI tools—no specific tool is required and you can experiment with the AI tools of your choice.

Module 2: Understand How AI Works
Learn what AI is (and isn’t) without buzzwords or hype. Understanding what’s happening under the hood will make you more effective and more confident in your day-to-day use.
Module 3: Make AI Work for You
Learn how to talk to AI so it actually helps you. You’ll practice a repeatable prompting method that helps you ask better questions and get clearer, more useful responses.
Module 4: Integrate Human + AI
See how AI fits into your real workflow. You’ll experiment with tasks, use cases, and repeatable processes that make everyday work faster, easier, and more effective.
Module 5: Use AI Responsibly
Build a grounded, practical approach to AI ethics and risk. You’ll learn how to spot problems, evaluate output, and make decisions you feel good about.
Module 6: Grow With AI
Stay ahead as AI evolves. You’ll build a personal AI growth plan, learn how to follow meaningful updates, and reflect on how AI supports your long-term goals.
It’s not necessary to purchase any AI tools to complete this course. If you hit a daily limit on a free version, you can spread your work across multiple tools.
